Job Description

 

 

You will be responsible for various tasks related to document management, including:

Ensure that all documents are stored correctly.

Manage databases that contain documentary information.

Verify the existence of the physical documentation received for processing.

Organize physical and digital files efficiently.

Physically attach the documentary units of the correspondence in their respective technical files.

Make a detailed inventory of the documents.

Prepare documents, including removing staples, ring binders, post-its, bindings, and other related items.

Job Experience

Education: High school graduate, technician or technologist (preferably in document management areas)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in document management and/or file management, duly accredited with work certificates

Knowledge: Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products

Skills: Reading and writing skills, adaptability, assertive communication, tolerance for change and long-term projects
